great location but minor issues
The room I stayed in had a really comfortable bed, made for an excellent night's sleep. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, as it allowed me to prepare my own meals without any hassle. The view from the room showcased the beautiful cityscape.
The front door lock sometimes required extra effort to open.

We had a REALLY REALLY NICE stay in Belfast so close to easy bus links, the centre of Irish history, and the Peace wall which has gates that close at 6 pm. Had easy check-in too.
Rooms were very cold.

I appreciated its remote location. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV were useful. I was delighted about easy check-in.

The main door was a bit tricky, requiring extra effort to lock and unlock, leaving you wondering if it's secure. Issues with the room included a broken toilet seat, made sitting uncomfortable, and filthy shower heads weren't inviting at all. A broken door that wouldn't stay shut in Room 3 and some late-night scurrying noises indicated a rodent problem above. Cleanliness seemed to be an issue, too, with hair left in shared spaces and it was like some guests didn't respect the common areas.

Comfortable Stay with Roomy Amenities
Spent two nights in a spacious King Room with stylish decor. The fully equipped kitchen made mealtime easy. The neighborhood felt a bit neglected. Perfect for those seeking a restful night, just be cautious when exploring after dark.

It was just a suitable option for a lightning stop in Belfast with reasonable value. The shower had good pressure which was nice after a long day. Bring your own towels if staying more than a night.
